  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: 
    Identifying and researching potential customers and sales leads through various channels like cold calls, referrals, or marketing-generated leads. 
  • Customer Engagement: 
    Building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions tailored to their requirements. 
  • Product Presentation: 
    Demonstrating products or services, articulating their benefits, and answering customer questions effectively. 
  • Negotiation and Closing: 
    Negotiating sales prices and contract terms to secure deals and achieve sales targets. 
  • Sales Process Management:
